Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Allan Benjamin Kisakye
Allan Benjamin Kisakye, Esq., a human rights defender, Compliance guru and Uganda land tenure security specialist is the organization’s founder, CEO and doubles as the Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history in the Uganda Education and Legal practice sectors.
He is responsible for setting strategies and objectives, stakeholder management, leading all planning, financial, operational and administrative support functions and participates in the development of long-range plans for the firm.
Chief Marketing Officer
Catherine Ivy Lazea
Ivy Catherine Lazea is the Chief Marketing Officer, with a background in Business Administration and Marketing in SMEs, MSMEs and non-governmental Organizations.
Ms. Ivy is responsible for marketing and advertisement, public relations, information distribution and online support operations.
Senior Administrative Officer
Sarah Kiggundu
With over 45 years of experience in the Uganda Civil Service, private sector and a stellar career working with international organisations like United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mitchell Cotts.
Ms. Sarah Kiggundu is the CFO/FD of the organization overseeing the Accounting function, internal process control, client Bilings and Collections, Accounts Payable and Employee Expenses; Payroll, Partners’ Accounts and Financial Planning, and Reporting.
Administrative Assistant
Fatumah Khan Razah
Fatumah Khan Razah manages the day to day administrative activities of the organization’s Namasuba based Head office, oversees the operations of the firm’s services departments including the Registry and provides clerical and secretarial support to the COO.
Ms. Fatumah boasts of a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement, Public relations, inclusivity and organisational leadership in SMEs with an akeen interest in human resource management.

Established in 2021, Allan Benjamin Associates is a registered integrated full-service business Consultancy and legal advisory, regulated by the Laws of Uganda, permanently located at Plot 19203 Namasuba Village, Wakiso District, with a demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the East Africa region, strategically and uniquely focused on delivery of professional advice and high-quality consultancy services customized to meet the demands of the local, regional and international community.
